WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR AN EPISODE?
Our turnaround time is up to 48 hours from when you upload your raw audio file until the final edit is uploaded to your RSS feed.

CAN YOU HELP ME CREATE A RSS FEED FOR MY PODCAST?
Yes we can. Launching a new podcast channel can be confusing. Check out our New Podcast Set Up package for more information. RSS hosting can be provided for an extra $20 per month.

WILL MY PODCAST SOUND PROFESSIONAL?
Each episode is edited professionally to make sure you sound your best. Please ensure the equipment and set up you use to record your audio is high quality.

DO I NEED TO COMMIT TO A CONTRACT ON THE SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE?
Our subscription packages require a 3 month commitment. After the 3 months you can cancel your subscription at any time.

If you cancel your subscription and become a subscriber at a later date you need to do the 3 month commitment time again.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS?
There is a cancellation fee of $110 if you cancel your subscription package within the first 3 months.

WHAT IF MY EPISODE IS LONGER THAN 60 MINS?
You can still submit your episode as part of your subscription. Episodes longer than 60 mins will attract an additional fee of $25.

DO YOU OFFER ONCE-OFF PODCAST EDITING?
Yes, we do. We charge $120 per episode. We do recommend our basic package though as you will be saving money in the long run.

DO MY PURCHASED EPISODES ROLL-OVER?
Unfortunately we do not roll-over episodes to the next month.
